What's new. This season, we planted 5 acres of vegetables, which we are growing organically. We also put in over a thousand orchard trees, which will come into bearing in a few years.

In addition to our laying hens, we recently added a flock of sheep to the farm’s pastures.

We have also renovated and redesigned our farm market as a comprehensive grocery store, specializing in our own and local products-- like milks, meats, and cheeses from the surrounding Hudson Valley.

We are attending more farmers markets this year than ever before. You can find us at the Borough Hall and Carroll Gardens greenmarkets in Brooklyn and the Fishkill and Beacon markets locally.
