Released in 2017 by the Midwest Apple Improvement Association, this variety is a cross between a Honeycrisp and Fuji. The fruit is blushed red over a cream background. Very sweet, yet mildly tart with a crisp texture and a wonderful crunch. Evercrisp is excellent for fresh eating but stays crisp in storage for up to 6 months.
