Developed by Cornell University and released to the public in 2018, Snapdragons have made a splash in the apple market thanks to its popular snappy texture (thanks to one of it’s parents being Honeycrisp) and it’s sweet flavor. Snapdragons have a very sweet yet subtly tart flavor with undertones of melon, vanilla, and spices.
