Mindfulness & Meditation Class
Learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in a relaxing outdoor setting at Fishkill Farms. This peaceful class will combine light movement, stillness and breathing exercises–great for stress relief, relaxation, or just taking some time for yourself.
Class will take place on our covered, wraparound porch and will be held rain or shine. This is a casual introduction to the practice of mindfulness that can be learned by anyone of any age. Class will be guided by Scott Bukofsky of Breaking Free Mindfulness.
Class begins promptly at 9:15 am–please arrive a few minutes early to check in and set up. If desired, bring a yoga mat or cushion to sit on (chairs will be available).
