Peaches-White

White peaches tend to have darker, redder cheeks than its yellow-fleshed companion. While these peaches are also very sweet and juicy, they have less of a tangy bite than yellow-fleshed ones and more of a honey, floral flavor. Try adding to salads, salsa, or in yogurt.
