Varieties we’re growing this year:

✨ Zucchini – the classic. Tender, mild, and versatile.
✨ Golden Zucchini – similar in flavor, with a vibrant yellow color that adds a pop to any dish. Tender enough to be eaten raw.
✨ Pattypan – small, scalloped, and ideal for roasting whole or stuffing.
✨ Pantheon – a light green Mediterranean-style squash, prized for its thin skin and delicate texture.
